Keeping the lines of communication open with our customers is a priority. We are here to ensure you have accurate and up-to-date information. As of March 16, our call center and claims investigations employees have converted to a remote work from home structure with the use of encrypted technologies. This has had minimal impact on wait times and claims processing.

As always, our patient portal website BOTOXSavingsProgram.com is your best resource to submit a claim or check on the status of your payment. Through the website you will have access to all the same information that our call center employees can provide while avoiding any hold time.
