Support Group for African Americans Living with Parkinson’s Disease

Are you interested in learning more about Parkinson’s disease (PD) and connecting with others? We work to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment to support and engage with others who are diagnosed with PD and their care partner. Our monthly Parkinson’s group is a great way to receive education and build support. The group meets through May 2024. Space is limited. You MUST register in advance by contact Dr. Reidy. This group is facilitated by: Sydney Jackson, MSW, and Dr. Nicole Reidy, LCSW, ICDVP
