Jillian Bucolo is an OT and founder of Community & Home Independence Partners. She is certified in LSVT-BIG and holds an Executive Certificate in Home Modification (ECHM) to support clients in home safety decisions. Services are designed to promote safety, knowledge, and confidence for improved quality of life for clients and caregivers by increasing opportunities to engage in meaningful activities. Community & Home Independence Partners’ unique services are provided in clients’ homes in Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties + via telehealth across NJ.
