Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence hosts WellnessWorks. This dynamic wellness platform for the PD community offers Zoom-based exercise classes, including yoga, Rock Steady Boxing, Tai Chi, NIA Moving to Heal, and Care Partner Self-Care, for people with Parkinson’s and related disorders as well as care partners. The umbrella of WellnessWorks also includes free remote networking groups (for artists, women, people in the “middle years of their PD journey”, newly diagnosed folks, adult children of parents with PD, and young adults with PD), educational programs, support groups, and community wellness opportunities.
