Rock Steady Boxing is an evidence-based, non-contact boxing program specifically designed to help people living with Parkinson’s disease. It is specifically designed to address Parkinson’s symptoms such as slow or small movements, imbalance, stiffness, flexed posture, and respiratory weakness.
Dance for Joy classes are designed to spread the love of performing arts for those living with neuroatypicalities by helping to manage and mitigate symptoms of neurological conditions (Parkinson’s, MS, TBI, stroke) and build community through art and connection.
Mondays: Acting, 12-1:30 and Dance, 2-3:00. Wednesdays: Acting, 11-12:30, Singing, 1-2:00, and Dance 2-3:00.
