Mission: To improve the Quality of Life for those living with Parkinson’s Disease through:
Exercise, Education and Peer Support.
Exercise Classes led by professional therapists and specially trained fitness instructors.
Appropriate for all ability levels.
FREE to all participants—funded through donations, grants, and sponsorships.
Education
PD Education Hour – Live presentations and discussions on select topics pertaining to PD.
Resource Library.
Peer Support
Organized social events for participants, families, and their care partners.
Input from community experts in PD such as doctors and therapists to advise on specific needs of participants.
