Monterey Bay Power Over Parkinson’s is a California 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing support to people with Parkinson’s disease living on the Central Coast. The mission of Monterey Bay Power Over Parkinson’s is to enhance the lives of those in the local community affected by Parkinson’s disease by providing a research-backed program proven to slow disease progression in an environment that embraces empowerment, motivation and social interaction. We operate a studio offering 21 classes per week in interval training, Rock Steady boxing, yoga, mat pilates, tai chi, Dance for PD, rock climbing and speech.

We are a community for anyone on the journey of living with Parkinson’s; social, physical exercise, speech and education.

We encourage Care-partners and family members to participate as well.
