Our support group welcomes individuals living with Parkinson’s together with their families and caregivers. Connecting with others who understand your concerns and experiences can be invaluable on this journey. Join us on the 3rd Saturday of each month for our meetings.
Up Ending Parkinson’s provides rock climbing and movement-based programs designed to help people living with Parkinson’s improve balance, mobility, strength, and confidence. Our sessions are welcoming, research-supported, and led by volunteers who help each participant climb in a way that feels safe and empowering. No experience necessary or expected.
The group meets 10-11:30am and 6-7:30pm at Alta Climbing Gym in Gilbert, AZ.
The vision of the Prescott Parkinson’s Support Group is enhanced wellness and the best quality of life possible for people touched by Parkinson’s Disease.
Our mission is to provide information, resources, and social interaction to support people living with Parkinson’s Disease and their caregiving community in the Quad Cities region of north-central Arizona including Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey/Humboldt
At Parkinson Mentors Arizona (PMAZ) our mission is to connect individuals with Parkinson’s disease through peer mentorship, so each person feels supported and empowered. Our mentors are advocates, good listeners, compassionate, informed on local resources, positive in their outlook, and able to speak from personal experience. You must live in Maricopa County in Arizona to participate in this mentorship program.
Rock Steady Boxing Valley of the Sun is located in North Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We offer boxing fitness classes designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. Besides boxing, we work on strength, balance, cognition, and more. The camaraderie of our classes is key!
We offer 3 classes a week on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday from 10:45-11:45am. Our Parkinson’s only classes are offered inside a gym called Jabz Boxing.

We offer 8 classes a week Monday through Friday. This includes two PM classes on Tuesday/Thursday for those still working or who would rather come exercise at night.
