In our Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s classes, we train strength, balance, coordination, voice, and balance. We also take time to work on the Heavy Bags and Speed Bags which builds confidence and power. Every punch, every rep, every round we fight back with 4 certified Coaches and Volunteers that assist in every class. We build community and show up for each other every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with two 75 minute classes running both at 11:30am and 1:30pm. Our class is all levels – all levels of fitness, all levels of Parkinsons. Come as you are – we got you.
