At Crush PD Fitness, we’re more than just fitness classes; we’re a place of connection and community. Did you know that approximately 60,000 people are diagnosed with Parkinson’s in the US every year? We understand the importance of knowing that you’re not alone on this journey. Within our welcoming environment, we provide a supportive space where you can connect with others who understand your experiences, learn together, and share your unique journey. We believe in the strength of community, and together, we can make each step forward a bit easier.
Our group meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month. We come together both in person and virtually to share experiences, talk about Parkinson’s (symptoms, medication, interventions etc.) and we aim to create a space where people feel comfortable sharing and learning more about their diagnosis. Each month varies from open discussions, to guest speakers and occasionally we gather together for a social hour. If you or your loved one are interested, we’d love to have you join us!
Patients and care partners often have more agency than they realize. Through coaching and evidence-based medical guidance, we help people build sustainable habits in movement and nutrition, regulate their nervous system, and reclaim energy- addressing the physiological toll that chronic stress takes on the body and brain. Our programs are practical, non-restrictive, and built to fit real life.
Two Support Groups! One for People with Parkinson’s AND One for the care partners who love them.
The Living and Learning with Parkinson’s Support Groups live up to their titles. They are fun, safe, and non-judgmental places to share experiences with others who “walk in your shoes.”
Guest speakers, including clinicians, industry leaders, local professors, and community events, provide educational threads. Together, they support studies that show participants have improved quality of life with reduced depression, anxiety, and social phobia.
This class is designed for individuals who live with Parkinson’s Disease and their spouses, family members, friends, and caregivers. Classes are appropriate for anyone who wants to improve their balance, flexibility, or overall physical fitness. No dance training is required.
