Up Ending Parkinson’s provides rock climbing and movement-based programs designed to help people living with Parkinson’s improve balance, mobility, strength, and confidence. Our sessions are welcoming, research-supported, and led by volunteers who help each participant climb in a way that feels safe and empowering. No experience necessary or expected.
The group meets 10-11:30am and 6-7:30pm at Alta Climbing Gym in Gilbert, AZ.

We are a mobile outpatient therapy practice serving the west valley with PT and OT specializing in Parkinsons and Comprehensive balance therapy, fall prevention and fall recovery training, certified in Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery Program (PWR!). We are medicare certified, and work with other insurances as well as private pay.

The LSVT for LIFE online exercise classes are for individuals who have finished LSVT LOUD® or LSVT BIG® treatment with LSVT Certified Clinicians. Membership helps you to maintain your treatment results and build on your progress by keeping your voice and movements strong, long after therapy ends. Classes are held on Zoom every Monday and Friday. Membership also includes access to on demand classes, unlimited streaming of the LSVT Homework Helper Videos and bonus videos of functional tips.

PWR!Gym offers in-person group exercise classes for a monthly fee, available Monday through Friday.
PWR! also provides virtual exercise options, including live and recorded sessions, which can be accessed at exerciseforbrainchange.org.
Our Care Partner support group meets in person at 11 AM on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.
The book club meets at 12 PM on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and is available in both in-person and virtual formats.
Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and one-on-one wellness sessions are available Monday through Friday. A referral is required for PT/OT.
