PD Care Connection’s mission is to bring Hope and options for care while a cure is pursued. To meet this objective we connect PWP‘s, their care partners, healthcare providers and the community, to the potentially beneficial care options, services, and products available to them. With these educational events, participants will learn about multiple options, and connect PWP‘s with providers of goods and services, enabling them to have a better quality of life.
The free event will take place March 26th- 27th, 2026. Over the two-day event, People with Parkinson’s (PWP’s), their families, and the community, will have opportunities to connect with providers, products and services. There will be something for everyone from first diagnosis to advanced Parkinson’s Disease (PD). Please register to attend on our website pdcareconnection.org.
PD Care Connection is proud to be offering professional Skills assessments to anyone interested in testing their strength, endurance, balance, mobility, stability, and fall risk.
If you were able to attend the 2026 PD Care Connection Experience Event, this is the same skills assessment offered there, and your scores can be compared to your previous records to see your progression. If this is your first time, you can establish a baseline for where you are right now.
There will be Speech screenings as well to test speech, language, voice, cognition, hearing, and swallowing.
Active Lifestyle Coaching will also be available throughout the day. You will be able to sign up for an individual education session.
In addition, there will be a free Fall Prevention Class at 10am and 1pm. This is a great resource to learn more about making your home safer and reducing the risk of an accidental fall.
This event will run from 9am to 4pm. Please see the links below to sign up:
