The Parkinson Support Center of Northern Nevada (PSCNN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the more than 5,000 individuals and their families affected by Parkinson’s disease across Northern Nevada, including Reno, Carson City, Fallon, and rural communities. Founded in 2021, PSCNN provides comprehensive support, education, and advocacy through community support groups, expert-led educational programs, care partner resources, rural outreach, and statewide awareness efforts. Our mission is to reduce isolation, improve quality of life, and ensure that no one in our region faces Parkinson’s disease alone.

NeuroGO provides specialized 1:1 neuro-focused personal training in-person, at home, or over Zoom, as well as group Parkinson’s exercise classes designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, cognition, posture, coordination, and confidence in movement. Programs are individualized and may include boxing-inspired training, BIG movement strategies, gait and walking practice, dual-task cognitive-motor exercises, and functional strength work focused on daily activities and fall prevention. NeuroGO supports people living with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions through safe, evidence-based exercise that promotes independence, consistency, and improved quality of life.
