Up Ending Parkinson’s provides rock climbing and movement-based programs designed to help people living with Parkinson’s improve balance, mobility, strength, and confidence. Our sessions are welcoming, research-supported, and led by volunteers who help each participant climb in a way that feels safe and empowering. No experience necessary or expected.
The group meets 10-11:30am and 6-7:30pm at Alta Climbing Gym in Gilbert, AZ.
Share connection over a slice. Get Out! events are casual monthly community mixers for people impacted by Parkinson’s and other movement disorders to connect with people who just get it.
Pizza and soft drinks are provided for free thanks to our contributing sponsor, Medtronic.
