Joann Palmer passed on after a long journey with Parkinson’s on August 11, 2019. A memorial service was held for her at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church on Saturday, August 24, 2019.
Joann was a long-time Albuquerque area support group leader and she will be missed by all those she provided support to over the years. Support group leaders are the life blood of the Parkinson’s and movement disorder community and we cannot thank them enough for all they do.
