Rock Steady Boxing is an evidence-based, non-contact boxing program specifically designed to help people living with Parkinson’s disease. It is specifically designed to address Parkinson’s symptoms such as slow or small movements, imbalance, stiffness, flexed posture, and respiratory weakness.
Community of People with Parkinson’s, their care supporters and other interested in learning about the disease.
We seek to inspire, share knowledge and build camaraderie. We also advocate for PWP in our community and connect with local health care systems and functional exercise programs.
We organize monthly gatherings, such as happy hours and men’s and women’s groups for coffee chats/brunches.
