Rock Steady Boxing is an evidence-based, non-contact boxing program specifically designed to help people living with Parkinson’s disease. It is specifically designed to address Parkinson’s symptoms such as slow or small movements, imbalance, stiffness, flexed posture, and respiratory weakness.
Our support group welcomes individuals living with Parkinson’s together with their families and caregivers. Connecting with others who understand your concerns and experiences can be invaluable on this journey. Join us on the 3rd Saturday of each month for our meetings.
We meet every Friday from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. Coffee and Donuts provided. Our group consists of around 30 + people; both PWP and Care Partners. We have guest speakers once or twice a month.

We are a mobile outpatient therapy practice serving the west valley with PT and OT specializing in Parkinsons and Comprehensive balance therapy, fall prevention and fall recovery training, certified in Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery Program (PWR!). We are medicare certified, and work with other insurances as well as private pay.
