Rock Steady Boxing is an evidence-based, non-contact boxing program specifically designed to help people living with Parkinson’s disease. It is specifically designed to address Parkinson’s symptoms such as slow or small movements, imbalance, stiffness, flexed posture, and respiratory weakness.
This class is designed for individuals who live with Parkinson’s Disease and their spouses, family members, friends, and caregivers. Classes are appropriate for anyone who wants to improve their balance, flexibility, or overall physical fitness. No dance training is required.

Our Parkinson’s Dance Class blends ballet, modern, folk, and rhythmic improvisation to foster creativity while specifically targeting balance, coordination, and flexibility. Designed for all levels, this class merges musicality with functional conditioning, creating a welcoming social experience that enhances both body and spirit.

$89.00 per 6 week series of classes – $15.00 for one-time drop-in class
