What Makes Us Different
We promote ALL the resources that will serve the needs of our community – not just the ones featuring our logo. Because an all-inclusive hub for people with lived experience with Parkinson’s or a movement disorder is a necessity to remove barriers to care.
But your impact doesn’t have to stop there! Keep growing the directory with us all year long with a gift of $5/month.
Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone can submit a listing, so long as they have an event or service to share that fits within our requirements. You are not required to be the leader of a group or head of a healthcare office to submit a listing, though we do encourage you to get permission from an involved party whenever possible before submitting.
Live, in-person or online events and services focused on meeting the needs of those impacted by movement disorders.
These fall into three main categories:
- Groups – recurring events with a consistent, set schedule for their meetings.
- Opportunities – available for a limited time, like a one-time event or recruiting research study.
- Providers – individuals or small practices that provide licensed healthcare, therapy, or care navigation services.
For listings in the Opportunities category, this means the chance to participate ends on this date. For Groups and Providers, this date indicates when to renew their listing annually to ensure their information remains current.
