We serve those living with Parkinson’s Disease throughout the Central Virginia area through all free programs: education, exercise, wellness, care partner support, etc. Virtually, we have two podcast series as well as other online content that people outside of our local area can access. It is an honor to serve this community!
Our indoor climbing gym partners with Up Ending Parkinson’s to empower people with Parkinson’s to move, connect, and rediscover what they are capable of through supportive, adaptive climbing and accessible movement opportunities during regular climbing sessions. Our trained volunteers, education, outreach, and research partnerships demonstrate the power of movement and community for people with Parkinson’s. No climbing experience is required. Please contact our gym to confirm sessions and prices.
