Rock Steady Boxing is an evidence-based, non-contact boxing program specifically designed to help people living with Parkinson’s disease. It is specifically designed to address Parkinson’s symptoms such as slow or small movements, imbalance, stiffness, flexed posture, and respiratory weakness.

To provide information to help improve the quality of life of the person with Parkinson, their family and caregivers.

We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy and resources to people with Parkinson’s and their families. Our services include Rock Steady Boxing, LSVT BIG and LOUD, PWR!, Speak Out, DopaBeats, Dance for PD, pain management, and nutritional guidance.
We are a home care agency specializing in caring for the elderly and disabled so they can age in the comfort of their own home while giving peace of mind for their loved ones. BrightCare caregivers can help 1-24 hours a day depending on your specific needs. We have skilled CNA’s who are trained specifically for Parkinson’s disease. Additionally, we work with a variety of third party payers and have caregivers who can help immediately.
