The Jam for Joy is for people with PD, care partners and the medical/wellness staff who serve our community. It’s an hour of improvisational fun, connection, and playful discovery in a safe/brave space where we show our full selves, have each others backs at all times, and know there are no wrong answers. Absolutely no experience is required – come as you are!
Boys of Summer: Short Stop is a heartfelt, humorous documentary about a father and son navigating life, baseball, and Parkinson’s disease. What began as a two-month, 20,000-mile journey to visit all 30 Major League ballparks back in 2004 has become a powerful story of resilience, family, and the passage of time. Blending unforgettable baseball experiences with deeply personal moments, the film celebrates connection across generations and reminds us that while we can’t control the challenges we face, we can choose how we show up for each other along the way. ⚾ Director/Producer Robert Cochrane, PhD will host and have a Q&A to follow.
The fourth film in the series, Boys of Summer: Third Base will premiere at the World Parkinson’s Congress in May 2026.
