The Operations Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and interdependent coordination of activities across PMD Alliance. The Operations Coordinator must continually seek solutions to improve communications and system efficiency with the goal of seamless user experience and customer service. As a core function in the organizational infrastructure, the Operations Coordinator often acts as the first contact with the community and therefore must be a person able to embody the culture, vision, personality and purpose of the organization at all times.
Manger, Events & Venues
Manager, Events & Venues researches, secures and manages event venues and attendee experience in all events across the organization. This person is highly attentive to detail, organized and an exceptional communicator, ensuring that end user experience and budget constraints are considered at all times. Because PMD Alliance hosts many events each year, this person must be highly responsive and embody exceptional customer service. At all times the Events & Venues Manager ensures the internal team is up to date and has the resources and information needed to ensure venue marketing and execution goals are met.
